At home, we advise on bankruptcy orders, liquidation, receivership and schemes of arrangement under Bahamian statutes, and we act for creditors and secured lenders when they need to enforce their rights.
Internationally, many investment funds and structured vehicles call The Bahamas home. We have handled plenty of voluntary IBC liquidations, fund windings-up, provisional liquidations and cross-border recognition of foreign insolvency proceedings.
