From Nassau to four continents
Allen, Allen & Co is a full-service law firm headquartered in Nassau, The Bahamas. For decades we have advised Bahamian families, businesses and institutions, and today our operations reach more than 40 countries across North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
Our practice covers the everyday legal needs of Bahamian life and commerce, and the offshore fields in which The Bahamas has built its reputation. Many matters sit right where the two meet: a Bahamian trust for a Latin American family, a fund with European investors, a resort financed across three continents. That dual fluency, local and international, is what we bring to every client.
